Printing from windows

Simple press "Print" or "Drucken" in the program you are in, choose the paper type and press OK. The print will happen over VPP at the laser printer in HG G 14.1.
Should be checked: is there someone who regularly prints through Tarantella (Windows), and can explain the steps required?
Through tarantella one can also print at the VPP-printers through File/Print. But, one can also click on "print-file": in the print dialogue box choose the option "Print to file", and then on Y:... save. A "print-file" automatically gives the file the file ending .prn (or .PRN) and one can then uset he universal print command
prt and can be converted to a PostScript file using
prn2ps.

Einfach im jeweiligen Programm den Befehl "Print" oder "Drucken" anwählen, Papiersorte auswählen (grau oder weiss, Default ist grau) und OK klicken. Der Ausdruck erfolgt via VPP auf dem Laserdrucker im HG G 14.1.
Muss überprüft werden: wer druckt häufiger von Tarantella (Windows) aus, und kann den beschriebenen Ablauf überarbeiten?
Von tarantella kann auch via File/Print auf die VPP-Drucker ausgedruckt werden. Man kann aber auch auf eine "Druck-Datei" drucken: In der Print-Dialogbox die Option "Print to file" anklicken, und dann auf Y:... speichern (oder was auch immer dem Home-Directory unter Unix entspricht). Eine "Druck-Datei" bekommt per default die Endung .prn (bzw .PRN) und kann mit dem universellen Druckbefehl
prt ausgedruckt werden und mit dem Befehl
prn2ps in ein PostScript konvertiert werden.
