Total Markdown Plugin

Plugin that renders a complete topic as markdown.

Introduction

This plugin checks for the ISMARKDOWN setting of this topic and all of its parent topics. If it is found and set to 1 then the entire topic is assumed to be written in markdown and is then rendered using the MarkdownPlugin.
