Printing center
Big print jobs (for example exercises or exams) should be sent to the
printing center of the ETH.
One can give printing commands as followed:
- Bring templates (as a printout) to the printing center and fill out a order form there.
- Save templates (either as pdf or ps) on an USB-Stick, bring it to the printing center and fill out the order form there.
To submit a printing order one needs to give up the cost centre and Kostenstelle and Fond-Number of the SfS (ask
PhD students or the secretariat).
The prints can be delivered by internal mail but, one can get the prints faster by picking them up yourself.
Warning: Please check the prices on
Application form to avoid unpleasant surprises. For example article "R18": next to the number of copies, for each A4 page 1.50 CHF extra will be charged. This is not so relevant for an exam that gets printed 200 times. But, for a 250 page script it can become a considerable amount that one should take into account when charging the students for these scripts.
Printing center
Grössere Druckaufträge (z.B. Uebungen und Prüfungen) gibt man sinnvollerweise der
Reprozentrale der ETH.
Man kann Aufträge wie folgt aufgeben:
- Vorlage(n) (Ausdruck) für Kopien bei der Reprozentrale vorbeibringen und Bestellformular dort ausfüllen.
- Vorlage(n) (als pdf oder ps) auf USB-Stick speichern, bei der Reprozentrale vorbeibringen und Bestellformular dort ausfüllen.
Um einen Auftrag aufzugeben braucht man die Kostenstelle und Fond-Nummer des SfS (bei Doktoranden oder Sekretariat nachfragen).
Ausgerucktes kann per interner Post geliefert werden, man erhält die Dokumente jedoch schneller, wenn man sie direkt bei der Repro abholt.
Achtung: Bitte Preise auf
Antragsfromular genau anschauen um (unangenehme) Ueberraschungen zu vermeiden. Zum Beispiel Artikel "R18": zusätzlich zur Anzahl Kopien wird pro Vorlage (also pro A4 Blatt) 1.50 CHF verrechnet. Dies ist bei einer Prüfung die 200 Mal gedruckt wird nicht so relevant. Bei einem 250-seitigen Skript ist dies jedoch ein erheblicher Betrag, denn man beim berechnen des Skriptpreises für die Studenten berücksichtigen muss.
