ETH Library

The homepage of the ETH library is http://www.library.ethz.ch. In the knowledge portal there is also a page with resources for mathematics. If you want to order a book you can also go directly to http://www.nebis.ch.

People that change from student status to employee status (for example from PhD student to consulting group employee) should register at the library on the page InfoCenter such that there account gets updated. In contrast to students, employees of the ETH can order books from other libraries for free and borrow them at the ETH desk.

Die Home-Page der ETH Biliothek ist http://www.library.ethz.ch. In dem Wissensportal gibt es auch eine Seite mit Ressourcen für die Mathematik (Link auf Fachdatenbanken, Zeitschriften,...). Wer ein Buch bestellen möchte kann auch direkt auf http://www.nebis.ch zugreifen.

Wer vom Studenten- in den Mitarbeiter-Status wächselt (also zum Beispiel neue Doktoranden oder Beratungs-Mitarbeiter) sollten sich unbedingt bei der Bibliothek (am InfoCenter) melden, damit ihr Konto angepasst wird. In Gegensatz zu Studenten können Mitarbeiter zum Beispiel kostenlos Bücher von anderen (an NEBIS angeschlossenen) Bibliotheken bestellen und am ETH Schalter ausleihen.
