Change of address

In the case of a change of address one should notify the ETH in two different ways

1. https://www.bi.id.ethz.ch/eAdressen/: login with your nethz account and submit changes
2. Notify Cecilia such that she can update our internal telefone list

2. Bei Cecilia, damit sie die Angaben auf unserer Telefonliste anpassen kann
